天下那一个女人不爱美，那一个不想拥有一双美腿。胖妞也是. 下班后真没时间做运动, 所以胖妞决定利用午餐时间,用走路来运动. 从办公室走到最近的商场需要10分钟,再用30分钟走走看看,一个钟的午餐时间刚刚好. 走多了腿也会美的快,还能瘦身喲.... 哈..这叫psychological effect..

今天心血来潮,煮了一大锅的蕃薯糖水来润一润肠胃.幸运地买到了嫩的蕃薯,吃起来不会像吃老的菜杆,一丝丝根渣破坏了口感.

一个人的晚餐能够简简单单. 只要一碗汤, 我的肚子就能填的饱饱的. 不加任何调味,材料十足,这碗汤也是美容养颜的佳品.

During lunch time, I went for window shopping and found there was a "stock clearance" sales happen in a boutique. I was caught by the bare shoulder blouse which was only sold at RM39 or RM19, which I forgot now after being frustrated by the attitude of the sales girl.

Let me tell you the story (copied from Jane, shake your head in indian style)...

S: Sales girl

M: Me

M: Could you please take the clothes on that mannequin for me to try on????

S: Which one do you want?

M: The blouse - bare shoulder one

S: That one??? That is S- Size wor....

*I stared at her and thought, S-Size??/ so do you mean I am not fit into it? so you intend not to let me try?*

M: yes, that one.

S: We don't take down the clothes from the mannequin unless after we change a new one to it. It is very troublesome to take it down.You can look for other bare shoulder type here (she showed me where the others are placed)

* @$%^# Difficult to take down? Then why you put the BIG PRICE TAG on the blouse?*

so gek sim.. I regret I didnt bring my camera along to take down her shop and publish in the newspaper. This will be the first time and the last time I visit the shop.

These few days we searched thru internet to look for our new baby. DSLR always is my dream gadget just due to the budget concern and we already have one, so my dream turns to bubble. Now, no choice, we got to get one. Looking at so many products, the most can fit us is the Sony Alpha A200. Comparable to the rival Canon EOS 400D/XTi, the price is cheaper. Further, it has 2 lens while Canon only has 1. No doubt Canon performance is better, but that is a slight better than Sony from what we read in the article. Most importanly I look into the Sony that it has the anti-shaking function which my current (should say my ex) does not have, that makes my nite time shootings terrible results.

Looking at this, you must be thinking we are so "canggih" hor. Frankly, I never know how to operate on these DSLR things, all are manual, they depend a lot on the lens. Since we get so used to robotic technology, now is back to 10,000 BC world, operating on manual. We only see the results from reading the articles, they write so good for every product, everyone is the best, everyone has the extraordinary to give the "ooomm" result. It really depend on your budget at the end. Still not yet decided want or not, let see if my investment on Wed, Sat and Sun is lucky or not.. *nyiak nyiak nyiak*

Life without her

Yesterday, when I flipped through my photo album, I thought about her, miss her so much. She has been with me for almost 4 years, helping me a lot to stock up my memory. Now she has gone, gone into those devils. See what she has done for me, though is not very professional, but she has performed to her max. Life without her is so miserable, without her eyes I have not enough MB to store all my candids. Where are you now??????

Those who can find her back, I would treat a big feast for 3 days 3 nites.......
